Purchases made on Sgaravattisementi.it website are regulated by Italian law on mail order sales.

We'll accept your returns if they are in mint condition.

If you made a mistake on your order or you have received an item that you didn't want, you have 10 working days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, which is the ability to return the product and be refunded (excluding delivery costs).

How to ask for the return?

To start the practice of returning a product, please contact our customer care.

During the procedure, we recommend you to always keep on hand the number of your order, to make the procedure faster and easier.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send back the package within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We will accept without hesitation the return of any article, if in good condition, refunding the full amount.

Include in the return package, whose shipment will be charged to you as required by law and that must be properly packaged, include a copy of the delivery note and send it to:

How to prepare the package for the return?

You can use the same box with which you have received the goods or a more appropriate box for the size of product/s you want to return.

Not to risk to ruin the product during transport, insert in the package some newsprint or something else.

Include in the package a copy of the the delivery note you received with your order.

Seal up the box in order to deliver to the courier a parcel suitable for transportation.

For shipment, we recommend using a assured mail system and under no circumstances the mark.

Keep in mind that the objects delivered to a different address from the one above won't be taken into account.

How does the refund work?

The refund will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned package.

The arrangements for reimbursement are the following:

  • If the order was paid by Credit Card, a transfer will be made on your Credit Card.
  • If the order was paid on delivery, we will refund by bank transfer (which will be asked by our customer service).
  • You can request a refund in the form of Credit/Coupon to be used for other purchases on www.sgaravattisementi.it

What happens if you receive damaged products?

If you receive damaged goods, let us know within 5 working days by e-mail (ordini@sgaravattisementi.it) mentioning "damaged items" in the subject of the e-mail (or telephone to 0575 899551).
